Q: Do I need a reservation?

A: We recommend making rental reservations, they are not required.

Q: Can reservations be cancelled for a full refund?

A: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of reservation pick up for a refund. No refunds for cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled reservation. To cancel a reservation please call the shop at 802-422-5000, sending an email will not cancel any reservations. 

Q: What is included in the Element 76 package?

A:  The Element 76 package includes the Elan Element 76 rocker ski. Salomon ski boot, and Scott ski poles.

Q: When can I pick up my rentals?

A: Anytime after 2pm we will set you up for the next day of skiing or riding at no extra cost, or we open an hour before first chair everyday.

Q: Where is the best place to purchase lift tickets?

A:  Killington.com

Q: Do you rent ski boots only?

A: No we only rent ski boots with ski packages.
